Create invoices in the bot, Mini App or cabinet

Create an invoice in the Telegram bot, web cabinet or API. Every method produces the same hosted checkout.

In the bot

Open the app’s 🧾 Invoices section and press ➕ Create invoice:

1. Enter a USD amount such as 77.50; GramPayBot calculates exact USDT and USDC amounts.
2. Optionally enter a public description of 1–256 characters.
3. Review the draft. You can use 🗒 Add private note for a seller-only note of up to 160 characters.
4. Press ✅ Create invoice and copy the payment link.

The default lifetime is 30 minutes. An expired or cancelled invoice no longer accepts payment; create a new one with a new exact amount.

In the web cabinet

Choose Log in to dashboard, then open Invoices → New invoice. The fields are the same, while the cabinet also provides the complete history, filters and statistics.

Description versus private note

• The public description appears at checkout, for example “Access for 30 days”.
• The private note is visible only to the seller in the bot and cabinet, for example an internal customer or order number.

Which link to send

• web_app_invoice_url opens checkout in any browser.
• bot_invoice_url opens the invoice in GramPayBot and then in its Telegram Mini App.

Neither flow requires the buyer to register. Checkout uses the language selected in the app settings.

After payment

When the transfer is confirmed, the invoice becomes paid and Telegram shows the amount, network and transaction hash. See what the buyer sees for the complete checkout flow.
