Privacy policy

This policy describes the information needed to operate GramPayBot and the public website.

Website data

The static marketing website does not require an account. Hosting providers may process standard request logs such as IP address, user agent and requested URL for security and delivery.

Service data

The application processes Telegram identifiers, project settings, wallet addresses, invoice details, API-key metadata, webhook settings and blockchain transaction data required to provide the service.

Sensitive information

Do not send private keys or seed phrases to GramPayBot. API secrets and webhook secrets should be stored securely and never placed in public client code.

Retention and requests

Operational records may be retained for security, billing, dispute handling and legal obligations. Contact support to request access or deletion where applicable.
